Board hosting fee refunds
- A board hosting fee is refundable within 24 hours of purchase if the board was never shared or claimed by any player.
- Boards created by mistake, or duplicate charges for the same board, are refunded on request, no questions asked.
- Once a board has players who have claimed squares, we will look at the situation case by case rather than refund automatically, since a refund at that point could affect players who are counting on the board.
How to request a refund
Email beharris234@gmail.com with the board name or link and the reason for the refund. We respond within 2 business days.
Having trouble on game day
- Host link lostSign in to Host HQ at /host.html with the email you used to create the board, every board you host shows up there with its link.
- Numbers did not spinNumbers randomize automatically once the board fills or 5 minutes before kickoff, whichever comes first. If kickoff has passed and the grid still shows question marks, email us right away with the board link.
- Wrong score showingIf you picked a real NFL or college matchup, the score updates from a live feed and can lag by a minute. If you entered a custom matchup, the host has to update the score manually from the board's screen.
- Player cannot claim a squareMake sure they are using the exact board link the host shared, not the homepage. If a square looks open but will not claim, someone else may have just taken it, have them refresh and try another square.
