What ClaimMySquare is
ClaimMySquare is software for organizing football squares boards. It lets a host set up a 10 by 10 squares grid, share a link so players can claim squares, randomize the grid's digits, and track quarter winners against real or manually entered scores. By using ClaimMySquare, you agree to these terms.
The board hosting fee
Hosting a board carries a board hosting fee, charged per board at the time you create it. Volume pricing is available for hosts running several boards. Free boards, when offered, carry no fee. This fee pays for the software and hosting, it is not part of, and is never taken from, the squares pool itself.
ClaimMySquare does not handle pool money
ClaimMySquare does not process, hold, or distribute any pool money. Players settle directly with their host, by cash or whatever payment method the group already uses. The host is solely responsible for collecting money from their players and paying out winners. ClaimMySquare has no role in, and no visibility into, those payments.
Prohibited uses
- Using the service for unlawful gambling anywhere it is prohibited by local law.
- Use by anyone under 18 years old.
- Using the service to defraud, deceive, or mislead a host or a player.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
It is on the host to run their board in line with the rules where they live. ClaimMySquare is a squares board organizing tool, not a gambling operator.
No warranty
ClaimMySquare is provided as is, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at every moment during a game. We work hard to keep boards running smoothly on game day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClaimMySquare and its operator are not liable for any dispute between a host and their players over money, payouts, or claimed squares, since that money never passes through ClaimMySquare. Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the board hosting fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Accounts and boards may be removed
We may suspend or remove an account or a board that violates these terms, is used to defraud players, or is used for unlawful gambling.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.
